Join us for a delicious journey through artisanal flavors as Paul Martzoukos of The Curious Sommelier & our very own Dawn Kay of Early Dawn Farm guide you through a curated selection of handcrafted cheeses and expertly paired wines.

Raised in his family’s restaurant, Paul’s journey has spanned nearly every facet of the wine and hospitality world—Sommelier, educator, importer, restaurateur, and consultant. Certified as one of Western Canada’s first Sommeliers in 1999, his approach is refreshingly unpretentious. Paul’s true joy lies in sharing his ever-evolving knowledge, crafting unforgettable experiences, and inspiring others to explore the world of food and wine with curiosity and delight.
