Join Dawn for a fun and educational experience where you'll come to understand the cheesemaking process by creating your own fresh feta and farmhouse cheddar. You'll go home with a small basket of your delicious feta creation, including the basket mould you can re-use next time you put your cheese making learning into practice!

Class size is limited to 8 maximum, and will be filled on a first-come basis.

THIS WORKSHOP IS NON-REFUNDABLE
You will learn the cheesemaking steps from the introduction right through to packaging. We will talk about food safety, the equipment needed to make cheese at home, and how you can find books and online references to continue on your cheesemaking journey. You'll also go home with a cheese mould (that you can use for your next batch!) full of fresh feta that you created!
Cheese takes several hours to make, so there will be time for tea and coffee, cheese sampling, and if you would like, a visit to see the goats!
