Have fresh milk or just a curiosity to learn? This workshop is the perfect place to start! Using just 2 gallons of whole milk, we’ll guide you through making cultured butter, creamy yogurt, and Labneh—a soft, spreadable cheese.
Whether you have a family cow, access to farm-fresh milk, or want to explore traditional techniques, this hands-on workshop is a great way to build your confidence and skills.
